My Fibromyalgia Symptoms have pretty much stayed constant and are listed in terms of the most bothersome/affecting my life:
1. Brain Fog: I can't think straight to save my life and I feel like I'm loosing my mind sometimes. I can't remember simple things and I constantly feel as if I'm dizzy or just plain out of it.
2. Inability to sleep through the night: Almost all the information I've read describes this as the single most important thing for people suffering with Fibromyalgia and the list of medications to take are almost endless as far as sleep medications go. Most nights I'm able to fall asleep for at least 4 hours and then I wake up about every hour after that.
3. Energy Level: My energy level and overall desire to do anything has been pretty much depleted to levels below anything I could ever imagined. Its hard to get up in the morning and its even harder to start doing anything that involves concentration.
4. Pain: Now this is not to say that I do not have constant pain because I do and if I'm not taking any medication then I'm in real pain especially after doing exercise and/or a couple different things that I will discuss in the blog. Most of my pain, for one reason or another is centralized in my gentiles and urethra but when I have a flair up there is a lot of pain in my arms and back as well
